Hello! I'm Raafay.
I'm a software developer and systems thinker currently pursuing my Computer Science degree at Wilfrid Laurier University.
For me, computer science is the ultimate tool for creative problem-solving. My studies and my work as a Software Engineer at the Laurier Computing Society have taught me to break down massive, complex challenges and architect effective, human-centered solutions.
I love the entire product lifecycle, from the first whiteboard sketch of an idea to shipping a polished tool that people can actually use. I'm driven by the challenge of finding the *right* technology to solve a problem, whether that's low-level C or a high-level AI model.
My goal is to build software that is intuitive, reliable, and makes people's lives easier or safer. I'm currently seeking an internship where I can bring this energy and my full-stack skills to a team that's building meaningful products.
